Are you passionate about empowering youth and shaping the future of entrepreneurship education?

The 3D Entrepreneurs Club (3DE Club) is seeking dynamic, part-time Area Directors to lead our expansion efforts in Santa Cruz and Palo Alto. This is more than a side role—it’s a unique opportunity to drive change, build strategic partnerships, and support a national movement preparing students for the AI-driven future.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Area Director, you’ll lead local outreach and partnership-building to grow the 3DE Club in your region. You will:

* Build & Grow Partnerships: Identify and engage foundations, corporations, government agencies, and venture capital firms for sponsorship and collaboration

* Lead Local Expansion: Develop and implement strategic growth plans that ensure long-term program sustainability

* Pitch with Purpose: Create compelling proposals and presentations that align with partner goals and community needs

* Nurture Relationships: Maintain strong communication and engagement with current and prospective partners through regular updates and recognition

WHAT YOU BRING:

We’re looking for self-motivated leaders who are passionate about youth development and community innovation.
Ideal candidates will have:

- A deep interest in education, entrepreneurship, and empowering the next generation

- A strong track record in partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, or community engagement

- Excellent networking and communication skills to connect with a wide range of stakeholders

- Strong organizational abilities and the confidence to work independently

Are you a parent, teacher, or community member passionate about helping students thrive in the age of AI and entrepreneurship?

The 3D Entrepreneurs Club (3DE Club) is looking for volunteers to help raise awareness and support in schools and communities. Whether you can contribute a few hours each week or assist occasionally, your involvement can make a meaningful difference.

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

- Share program information with schools, teachers, and parent groups

- Provide input on messaging and student-facing content

- Help with communications, logistics, and participant coordination

- Supervise and support student engagement during online Zoom sessions (mostly Sundays)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Flexible volunteer hours—fit your commitment around your schedule

- Most roles are remote, with optional in-person participation

- Be part of a movement helping students unlock their creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset

Are you a student (14+) ready to lead and inspire? Join the 3D Entrepreneurs (3DE) Club as a Youth Ambassador and help younger students (ages 8–14) unlock their potential as future innovators.

Gain leadership experience, build your resume, and be part of a growing youth-led movement—online and in your community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Represent 3DE Club at school and community events

* Support virtual training sessions and creative workshops

* Help promote the program via school clubs & social media

* Assist with organizing and running local or online events

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Confident, positive, and dependable role models

- Comfortable speaking to small groups and presenting
