EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
(Remote/Part-time)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Director to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on building alliances with local schools and establishing corporate partnerships and fundraising initiatives. This position is ideal for parents with kids or those recently retired who are passionate about education and entrepreneurship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Alliances with Local Schools:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools to promote the 3D Entrepreneurs Club.
- Coordinate with school administrators and teachers to integrate our programs into their curriculum.
- Organize presentations and workshops to introduce the club’s initiatives to students and educators.
- Collaborate with school districts to identify opportunities for expanding the club's reach.
2. Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising
- Identify and approach potential corporate partners for sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the club's initiatives and growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding and partnerships.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and partners, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in building partnerships and fundraising, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and the mission of the 3D Entrepreneurs Club.

MARKETING EXECUTIVES
(Remote/Part-time)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This part-time, remote position is perfect for someone passionate about education and entrepreneurship. The Marketing Executive will manage our social media presence, conduct outreach to home school networks and schools, create and deliver presentations and webinars, and develop and host a podcast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Social Media:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions and analyze performance metrics.
2. Outreach to Home School Networks & Schools:
- Identify and establish relationships with home school networks and schools to promote 3DE programs.
- Coordinate with educational institutions to integrate our offerings into their curriculum.
- Organize and participate in events and fairs to showcase 3DE’s initiatives.
3. Presentations & Webinars:
- Develop compelling presentations and webinars to introduce the 3DE Club and its benefits to various audiences.
- Host live webinars and virtual events to engage with potential members, parents, and partners.
-Record and distribute webinar content for on-demand viewing.
4. Podcast:
- Plan, produce, and host a podcast focused on entrepreneurship, education, and innovation.
- Interview industry experts, successful entrepreneurs, and educators to share insights and experiences.
- Promote podcast episodes through various channels to reach a wide audience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and the mission of the 3D Entrepreneurs Club.
- Experience with podcast production is a plus.

INDUSTRY EXPERT SPECIALIZATIONS:
Design Thinking:
- Guide students in applying design thinking principles to their projects.
- Provide feedback and support during brainstorming and prototyping phases.
Marketing:
- Share insights on effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Help students develop and implement marketing plans for their ventures.
Finance:
- Advise students on financial planning, budgeting, and fundraising.
- Teach basic financial literacy and management skills.
Business:
- Mentor students on business planning, development, and execution.
- Provide real-world examples and experiences to enhance learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and the mission of the 3D Entrepreneurs Club.

BRAND AMBASSADORS
(Remote/ Flexible 1-3 Hours per Week)
We are seeking teachers and parents to join us as Brand Ambassadors to help spread awareness of the 3D Entrepreneurs Club in schools and among other parents.
Some of the benefits of becoming a Brand Ambassador include gaining recognition for being involved with next-gen education for students and helping our youth prepare for the world of AI.
Additionally, Brand Ambassadors will receive free 3DE Club membership access for their kids or family members and potential future paid mentoring positions based on mutual interest.
BRAND AMBASSADORS CAN PARTICIPATE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Outreach and Promotion:
- Spread the word about 3DE programs within your community and schools.
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential members.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for our social media channels and website.
- Assist in creating educational materials and resources for our programs.
Event Support:
- Assist in organizing and managing events, workshops, and webinars.
- Help with logistical arrangements and participant coordination.
Zoom Session Support:
- Assist with proctoring and supervising Zoom sessions on Sundays.
- Ensure smooth operation and provide technical support to participants during virtual meetings.
