The 3D Entrepreneurs Club (3DE Club) is seeking dynamic, part-time Area Directors to lead our expansion efforts in Santa Cruz and Palo Alto. This is more than a side role—it’s a unique opportunity to drive change, build strategic partnerships, and support a national movement preparing students for the AI-driven future.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Area Director, you’ll lead local outreach and partnership-building to grow the 3DE Club in your region. You will:

* Build & Grow Partnerships: Identify and engage foundations, corporations, government agencies, and venture capital firms for sponsorship and collaboration

* Lead Local Expansion: Develop and implement strategic growth plans that ensure long-term program sustainability

* Pitch with Purpose: Create compelling proposals and presentations that align with partner goals and community needs

* Nurture Relationships: Maintain strong communication and engagement with current and prospective partners through regular updates and recognition

TRAINING FACILITATORS

(Watsonville: Part-time)

We are expanding our program in Watsonville and looking for Training Facilitators who can help bring entrepreneurship education to life for elementary and middle school students through hands-on, project-based learning.

This is not a traditional tutoring role. You’ll be guiding students through real-world thinking—helping them design ideas, build simple 3D products, practice communication, and develop confidence as young creators and problem-solvers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Lead engaging after-school sessions with small groups of students

* Facilitate entrepreneurship and design-thinking activities

* Support students in creating and iterating 3D-printed products

* Guide basic pitch practice, teamwork, and presentation skills

* Create a structured but energetic learning environment

* Encourage creativity, persistence, and real-world problem solving

* Track progress and support program delivery consistency

WHO IS THIS FOR:

We are looking for people who are:

- Comfortable working with children in an active learning environment

- Strong communicators who can simplify and explain ideas clearly

- Patient, reliable, and able to manage group dynamics

- Interested in entrepreneurship, education, or creative technology

- Able to commit part-time hours (after school / flexible schedule)

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):

- Teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring experience

- Exposure to 3D design, makerspaces, or STEM programs

- Background in entrepreneurship, business, or product development

- Spanish bilingual ability (strong plus in Watsonville)

COMMUNITY MANAGER

(Watsonville: Part-time )

We are expanding our programs in Watsonville and looking for a Community Manager to help build relationships, support local program delivery, and strengthen connections between schools, families, volunteers, and community partners.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about youth development and community impact. You will be the operational and relational glue that helps our programs run smoothly and grow sustainably.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Coordinate with schools, after-school sites, and local partners in Watsonville

* Support scheduling and logistics for student programs and workshops

* Communicate with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders

* Help recruit and onboard volunteers, facilitators, and program support staff

* Assist with student enrollment and attendance tracking

* Support event coordination (student showcases, demos, community events)

* Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of programs on the ground

* Act as a local point of contact for program delivery and issue resolution


WHO IS THIS FOR:

- Experience in school programs, nonprofits, or community outreach

- Event coordination or administrative operations experience

- Familiarity with Watsonville / Santa Cruz County school ecosystem

- Spanish bilingual ability (strong advantage in this region)

- Experience working with youth or educational programs
